Baby food: Pureed zucchini with tomato

Ingredients
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium potato
- 1/4 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Peel the zucchini and the potato, cut them in little cubs.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add the chopped onion and simmer it. Add the diced potato and zucchini. Add 0,5 l water to the vegetables, season it with a little salt and cook it for 10 minutes on a medium heat, until the vegetables are softened. When the vegetables are cooked, pour off the water, the zucchini is watery enough to squash it.
- Meanwhile cut the tomato in little cubes, put it in a pan and start to cook it in own juice for 6-7 minutes on medium heat. When the tomato is softened, mash through a sieve and add to the zucchini.
- Puree the vegetables using a blender or food processor until is smooth. Serve it immediately!
