This is an amazing recipe of baked fish, potato and zucchini layered casserole, covered with soured cream, tomato sauce and a lot of cheese. Your family will love it!

Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet
  • 1 kg potato
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 300 g soured cream
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fish spices
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°C. Grease a baking tray with the olive oil.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm/ 0,4 inches wide round slices. Cut the zucchinis in the same way, then dice the fish fillet.
  3. Layer the potato slices on the greased tray, then scatter the fish fillet, season it with salt and pepper, sprinkle the 3/4 of the fish spices, then squeeze the lemon on top of the fish. Finally, top with the zucchini slices.
  4. Mix the soured cream with the tomato sauce in a bowl, season it with the spice mixture, then spread on the courgette slices. Cover the tray with foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes, remove the foil, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes, uncovered. Bake it until the cheese is golden brown.
  6. Serve it warm!
