Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons soured cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon linseed
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, peel it and grate on a cheese grater.
  2. Heat two tablespoon olive oil in a skillet, when the oil is hot, add the grated zucchini and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. When the zucchini is softened, remove from heat and let it cool. When is cooled, put in the blender. Spoon the soured cream and cream cheese, add the minced garlic, season with salt and pepper. Blender the dip until is creamy. Finally add the linseeds and stir it with a wooden spoon.
  4. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve it with toast or fresh rolls.
